Prices and availability of products on the galaxyandorra.com website are subject to availability.
Orders will be processed in strict order of receipt by day and time. If the requested product runs out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately within 24 hours. In cases where delivery is not possible, a refund of the prepaid amount will be offered within a maximum of 48 hours. Please check the exact availability of the product in the warehouse indicated on the item page. Standard delivery of 5 to 10 business days, although in most cases the time is usually shorter. Priority delivery of 2 to 5 business days. If the indicated time is exceeded, a refund will be made corresponding to the cost of the standard shipping and the agreed time if it is a made-to-order item. The indicated product's arrival date is always approximate and may vary by one or two days from the indicated date.
Delivery time and deliveries with defects:
The delivery time for each item will depend on availability, which is indicated on the product information sheet. The delivery time also depends on the payment method you select when placing your order. From that moment on, the order will be processed and shipped if you selected this option, or you can pick it up directly at our premises once you receive a copy of the invoice by email. In any case, the order must be processed no later than 30 days after the day after payment. The delivery period will begin at 1:00 a.m. following the order placement, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In the event that the product arrives in defective or damaged condition, generally due to shipping, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition at no additional charge. In this regard, if you notify us of the incident within 24 hours of receiving the order or note on the carrier's delivery note any damage you noticed upon delivery of your order, for example, a wet package, an open or unsealed package, a damaged package, open plastic, etc., the insurance broker will be directly responsible for the damage caused, and the incident management process will be shorter.
IMPORTANT : In case of collection directly from our premises, the customer will have to check the condition of the product at the time of collection.
IMPORTANT : You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage or breakage caused by transport by email, phone +376 828 156, or the shipping company used for delivery. Outside of this period, the insurance broker will not be liable for damage caused by this. Please inspect the product on the day of delivery to avoid complications in a potential claim.
Receiving orders and responsibility for the content
The previous section refers to orders or packages that show visible damage upon delivery to the recipient.
For all other situations, and as indicated in the order preparation email, Galaxyandorra will not assume direct responsibility for any incidents related to missing products or other problems detected after the package has been signed for.
In the event of a claim, a preliminary investigation will be initiated with the shipping agency. If the evidence provided by the agency is clear and conclusive, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds for the contents.
Taxes
The prices shown on www.galaxyandorra.com are net and include 4.5% IGI. Initial operating guarantee. (first 7 days): At Galaxyandorra.com, our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we want to ensure that the product you have purchased in our store is in perfect working order and does not suffer from any manufacturing defects. If the purchased product presents any anomaly, malfunction, or manufacturing defect, you have 7 business days from the day you receive the merchandise to request a return and exchange it for a new one. Only in the event that the product is indeed defective will we exchange it immediately at no cost to you. *Our technical department will evaluate the detected fault and approve the immediate replacement within a maximum of 72 hours. If, on the other hand, the product does not present any manufacturing defect and the failure is due to misuse, lack of information on its use, poor installation, or incorrect use by the customer, the product will be immediately returned, adding a cash on delivery with the costs incurred for shipping and an additional technical service charge of 48 euros per hour.
IMPORTANT : It is very important that you make an inquiry before making a return to our after-sales service department. 95% of claims submitted during the initial 7-day period are resolved immediately, providing the customer with the appropriate information and instructions for use or installation. This saves us a lot of expense, time, travel, and inconvenience.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity (24 Months):
In accordance with the provisions of Law 13/2013 of June 13, on effective competition and consumer protection, all products sold by Galaxyandorra.com to customers or end users benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity. This guarantee must be requested directly from our company or the manufacturer. This guarantee lasts for two years for new products. Products sold to resellers should be contacted directly by the producer or manufacturer to request assistance under the conformity guarantee. However, only if the defect or lack of conformity of the product becomes apparent within the first seven days will it be deemed that the defect already existed when the product was delivered, unless proven otherwise or when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity.
The guarantee of conformity assumes that products must meet the following requirements, unless due to the circumstances of the case any of them are not applicable:
• They conform to the description provided by galaxyandorra.com and possess the qualities of the product that galaxyandorra.com has presented to you in the form of a sample or model.
• They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
• They are suitable for any special use required by you when you have informed galaxyandorra.com at the time of entering into the contract, provided that galaxyandorra.com has accepted that the product is suitable for such use.
• They present the quality and performance that you can reasonably expect from a product of the same type, taking into account the nature of the product and, where applicable, public statements about the specific characteristics of the products made by galaxyandorra.com, the manufacturer or its representative, particularly in advertising or on labeling.
Galaxyandorra.com will not be bound by such public statements if it was not aware of and could not reasonably have been expected to be aware of the statement in question, it can demonstrate that the statement had been corrected at the time the contract was concluded, or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the product.
There will be no liability for non-conformities that the consumer and user knew about or could not reasonably have ignored at the time of entering into the contract or that originate from materials supplied by the consumer and user.

If the product does not comply with the contract, you may choose between demanding the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate (an option that, compared to the other, imposes unreasonable costs on galaxyandorra.com will be considered disproportionate, taking into account the value that the product would have if there were no lack of conformity, the relevance of the lack of conformity and whether the alternative form of remedy could be carried out without major inconvenience to you).
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced with another product with identical characteristics, you will have the option to request a price reduction, a refund, or the possibility of replacing the product with a different one (with different characteristics), which you may choose. In the latter case, a purchase voucher will be issued for the price of the product to be replaced, and you may apply the available balance to the new replacement product of your choice, all without prejudice to your right to the aforementioned refund.
Defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.
Right of withdrawal or revocation by agreement
The buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason and without any penalty, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all its original elements (packaging, accessories, wrapping, documentation, etc.).
• The item must not have been registered on the manufacturer's website nor have any promotions linked to it been requested.
• Returns of unsealed, used, or tamper-evident products will not be accepted.
Exclusions to the right of withdrawal
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
• Products from the Apple and DJI brands.
• Action or sports cameras, due to the impossibility of verifying manufacturing defects due to their use in extreme conditions (water, impact, etc.).
• Cleaning products, personal hygiene products, or other items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for health reasons.
• Products purchased on demand, that is, orders expressly requested by the customer and outside of normal stock.
In the exceptional case where a return of an on-demand product is accepted, a 30% penalty will be applied, excluding shipping and handling costs.
Processing and conditions
Once the withdrawal request has been accepted by our after-sales service department, the amounts paid will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours, less shipping costs and, where applicable, any fees associated with the payment method used.
If the product is unused, unopened, and in impeccable condition, the withdrawal will be accepted immediately.
Important
The customer will be responsible for shipping the product by their own means and at their own expense.
It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive insurance for the total value of the goods shipped.
GalaxyAndorra.com will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage resulting from transportation during the return process.
Returns sent postage due or collected by Galaxy Andorra will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.

Refund of the purchase amount:
Only if the requested item is not in stock will galaxyandorra.com refund the amount plus any costs incurred. This refund will be made on the same day the customer requests it.
We will also refund the purchase price if the reference or brand of the product ordered does not match. In cases related to withdrawal or revocation, the amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the withdrawal.
In the case of a defective product, a refund will be issued if repair and/or replacement has been previously requested and the product remains defective.
In other cases of product exchange for any other reason, we will issue a purchase voucher valid for a period of six months.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within one hour of placing it. We have a contact form available on the website for this purpose, or you can call us initially at +376 828 156 for any questions, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp attaching your cancellation request in writing from the contact page.
It is important to cancel the order on the same day, within 1 hour after placing it, in order to avoid cancelled shipments due to their costs and expenses.
If your order has been canceled within the established period on the same day within one hour of the order being placed and paid by credit card or bank transfer, we will process a refund of your purchase amount immediately on the same day, without any penalty.
If you cancel an order after the deadline and the product has been shipped, we must request a refund from the carrier and wait for it to return to the warehouse before refunding your purchase amount, less shipping costs shipments and pickup.

We will handle with sound judgment all cases that arise for any reason or lack of understanding between consumer and seller; any complications in the commercial transaction will be resolved with common sense and understanding.
galaxyandorra.com reserves the right to refund all or part of the purchase amount in the event that the customer cancels an order more than 24 hours after making payment for the purchase. Only in the case where items are requested on request that are specifically for a customer, galaxyandorra.com will discount the expenses incurred by the request of an item not available in our permanent warehouse by deducting 20% from the amount to be refunded for expenses incurred.
