How do I activate the DJI RS4 PRO gimbal or stabilizer?

Follow the steps below to activate your device:

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on DJI RS 4 Pro

2. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.

3. Launch the DJI Ronin app and register or log in with your DJI account. Select DJI RS 4 Pro from the device list, enter the default password: 12345678, and follow the on-screen instructions to activate DJI RS 4 Pro.

4. Once activated, DJI RS 4 will enter sleep mode. Before use, press the power button once to exit sleep mode.

* Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet during activation.

How do I update the firmware on my DJI RS4 PRO gimbal?

Follow the steps below to update the firmware:

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on DJI RS 4 Pro

2. Launch the DJI Ronin app, tap Connect to Gimbal, and select your DJI RS 4 Pro from the device list.

3. When new firmware is available, a notification will appear at the top of the DJI Ronin app's main interface saying "Update."* Simply tap it. A notification will appear indicating the update was successful. Tap Exit to complete the update.

4. If the update is not successful, restart your device and try again.

* Do not power off your device or exit the app until the firmware update is complete.
